Admission Procedure

ADMISSION GUIDELINE 2025-26

The minimum age required for various classes are as under:

Requirement for Registration:

  1. Registration fee:

    • (a) Nursery to 8th – ₹250/- (not refundable).

    • (b) 9th & 11th – ₹250/- (not refundable).

  2. Two passport-size photos.

  3. Certificate proving Date of Birth.

  4. Photocopy of Aadhaar Card (Child, Parents).

  5. PEN Number (Permanent Education Number).

  6. Height (in cm).

  7. Weight (in Kg).

  8. Blood Group.

  9. Parent’s qualification.

An attested copy of the Date of Birth Certificate should be submitted along with the Application for admission. Birth Certificate, in this regard, issued by the following authorities is acceptable:

  • Birth Certificate from a competent authority such as Nagar Nigam/Nagar Palika or Panchayat.

  • Application without Birth Certificate will be rejected.

Please Note:

a. Date of birth & name once given shall not be changed on any account, whatsoever.
b. No certificate written in hand or typed on plain paper will be accepted.
c. No other certificate, from whatever source it be, will be accepted.

Submission of filled form does not guarantee admission.
